We’d love to chat with you! We are currently in the process of hiring teachers for our K-6 classes as well as classroom aides. Start date - MID JANUARY 2026

Teacher Requirements:

Teachers will work 70 days per school year - 9:15AM-3:15PM plus 4 professional learning days

Experience in teaching (public, private or homeschool) - 5+ years preferred but not required

60+ university credits in ECE, learning and development, secondary education or related field preferred.

PA Child Abuse Clearance and PA State Police Background Check are required. FBI Fingerprinting preferred.

*As a teacher at BHEC, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lessons based on our curriculum.

Classroom Aide Requirements:

Classroom aides will work from 10AM-2PM, 70 days per school year.

Experience as a classroom aide/support, paraprofessional, or homeschooling.

30+ Credits in ECE, learning and development, secondary education or related field preferred.

PA Child Abuse Clearance and PA State Police Background Check are required. FBI Fingerprinting preferred.
